The osteopathy is a manual therapy.
As an Osteopath D.O, Celine Luu uses only her hands, and she doesn’t prescribe medicine.
Osteopathic treatment is generally considered complementary to mainstream medicine, and physiotherapy. The principle is simple: the lack of mobility can cause an imbalance of the health condition. The objective is to restore the physiologic movement of the body.
During a treatment, the consultation begins by a complete checkup from medical history to X-ray and biologic exams. Using specific testing techniques, the osteopath discovers the dysfunctions and restrictions of mobility of the body.
The hands of the practitioner search, find and improve the disturbed structures by choosing the most appropriate and comfortable technique for each patient, according to his morphology and his age.
The osteopathy releases energy by stimulating the internal strength, it will improve your health, your mood and treat your fatigue.
